"Unfinished Business" is the culmination of 10 years of  songwriting and recording.  Scott and Ken over the years have recorded 80+ song ideas into a the "Little Apple Mac that could".  Over the past 6 months, they've developed, re-recorded and polished some of these songs transforming them from rough demo's to finished products.

Songs like "Big Top" and "Released" are songs written during or after the 1998 "Karma Factory" release.  New sounds, new software and a re imagining of the song arrangement occurred over the years but as Zeppelin stated, the song remains the same.  Karma Factory has also added some instrumental songs to the list - one's recorded in early 2000 like the acoustic "Full Circle" and later a more industrial sounding"Bi-Polar".   Newer songs like "Blake Babies", a nod to one of Scott and Ken's favorite musicians (Juliana Hatfield) and the apt "Enough" (since this is a Presidential voting year) seem perfectly timed.

Songwriting stays at the core of Karma Factory's songs in "Unfinished Business" with the heartfelt "Good at Missing You" or the daydreaming "Green", the song creation that speaks to everyone is the soul of the effort.
